Job SummaryWhat is the opportunity?
CACEIS Malaysia is a processing center of Operational Excellence supporting 9 countries across three geographical time zones. The Head of Corporate Premises, Procurement, and OSH (CPP&OSH) is responsible for overseeing the management of corporate facilities, procurement processes, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and maintaining high standards of Occupational Safety and Health.
This role ensures that the company's physical environment, procurement activities, and employee wellness programs align with organizational goals and standards. Responsibilities include managing the outsourced Service Partner relationship, communicating the global strategy for CACEIS premises in Malaysia, and providing facilities subject matter expertise.
What Will You Do?Managerial ExcellenceManage and govern the outsourced service partner relationship, ensuring a balanced, cost-effective, and risk-mitigated facilities solution.
Provide focus and clarity in establishing goals, driving performance management, and supporting career development.
Leverage the value in unit, department, and enterprise-wide teams to develop better solutions.
Accept and successfully execute change while supporting employees through the process.
Professional Advisory and StrategyLeverage service partner relationships to bring best-in-class facilities solutions.
Establish and oversee an effective asset management strategy.
Lead facilities efforts related to crisis resolution and incident management.
Develop and manage budgets for premises management and procurement activities.
Relationship ManagementOwn relationships with all major business lines, ensuring understanding of their workplace needs.
Act as the principal point of liaison in the event of executive escalations.
Maximize productivity from the Service Partner collaboration.
Measure client satisfaction and take action to maintain or enhance it.

Level of Minimal Experience11 years and more
Required SkillsMust-have
10 to 15 years of mixed experiences in engineering, technical procurement, and Project Management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to execute projects on time and within budget.
Awareness of current sustainability practices and regulations.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship skills.
Expertise in Facilities Planning, Leasing, Project Operations, and Vendor Management.
Nice-to-have
Proven knowledge of all aspects of facilities processes.
Experience within a Financial institution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Motivated and able to influence without authority.
