Website Management:Oversee the development and maintenance of the e-commerce website, ensuring user-friendly navigation, mobile responsiveness, and optimal performance.
Implement strategies to improve website traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
Digital Marketing:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Customer Experience and Satisfaction:Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience from browsing to post-purchase satisfaction.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Data Analytics:Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
Implement A/B testing to optimize website elements and marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with IT, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end e-commerce operations.
Lead and motivate a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Revenue Growth and Budget Management:Set and achieve e-commerce revenue targets while managing the e-commerce budget effectively.
Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior e-commerce management role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets.
