Job DescriptionThis is an executive level position within the Greater China leadership team in leading Line Of Business and Client Services Unit resources to develop solutions and deliver client engagements effectively in Hong Kong.
This position is critical for the strategic growth and ongoing success of our business in Hong Kong, especially in our ability to deliver more sizeable projects to significant clients.
The Service Delivery Lead (SDL) ensures quality delivery of all projects contracted by the Client.
He/She partners with the Client Services Leads (CSL) to bring together offerings from application, infrastructure, communication engineering, and thought leadership to solve the client's most critical business needs in relation to delivery issues.
The Service Delivery Lead directs the right HK team across different Lines of Business (LOBs) to drive profitable revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction targets and ensure profitable delivery.
Accountable for the delivery services of the client's account and needs to be involved in the delivery of the programs he/she is responsible for.
The Service Delivery Lead has responsibilities that encompass managing business value, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, and leading multifunctional project teams.
Managing different stakeholders in LOBs/CFU/CSU to support successful deliveries.
Finding and keeping highly skilled and qualified staff in the HK market.
Developing the right culture around delivery excellence and helping senior management strike a balance between risks and business growth needs.
Assisting client teams to work effectively across LOBs for sales and delivery activities.
Leveraging consulting skills and expertise in technology and deep industry knowledge to offer high-level solutions to clients which will lead to opportunity realization or contract renewal.
Leveraging consulting skills to manage and align different lines of business and key client stakeholders, who often have different sets of concerns, to deliver differentiated services to clients.
Together with Lines of Business delivery teams, oversee the successful delivery of sold projects and satisfaction of clients.
Job RequirementsHave deep industry domain expertise to better understand and frame the client's context and business needs.
To be able to engage and advise clients on ideas or business solutions based on business needs/problems.
Project management and technology skills to lead and guide project teams across different Lines-of-Business (LOBs) on delivery issues.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
15 years or more experience in IT or ICT Consulting industry with 8 years or more experience focusing on account management in key client industry.
Process broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, and to use this knowledge to develop/enhance client relationships.
Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollar projects in key client industry.
Process 'hands-on' knowledge, vast exposure, and wealth of experience within vendor and user environment, coupled with a driven and self-motivated personality.
Experience managing measured productivity-driven operations or teams.
Good communication skills.
Understand and ability to apply social style techniques to manage stakeholders.
Client-focused with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to lead multiple teams.
PMP Certification and Consulting Practitioner experience are preferable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
