Head Of Operation

Coordinate and direct Country's operational and administrative functions with a view to achieving optimum service and internal control efficiency in accordance with business objectives, Bank/Group and local policies/regulations.
Coordinate financial planning/analysis and expense management.
Assist with the development and implementation of measures to ensure customer service is consistent with established and prescribed standards.
Assist in the development of Human Resources and Organization in the country.
Develop proposals for and administer approved office automation, real estate and other capital expenditure initiatives.
Assist in the maintenance of high customer service standards and the development and support of client products/services (including retail banking).
Support Country Head in execution of Bank's Compliance program.
