Job Summary:
To support sales on assigned areas with KPI on sales target.
Job Responsibilities:Plan, lead, execute and monitor effectiveness on sales strategy for assigned areas & territories.
Execute sales promotion plans to support the rapid growth and expansion of U Mobile product & services.
Work closely with distributors and manage dealers portfolios in the respective area/region.
Aggressively build and drive the growth of U Mobile dealers in the respective area/region.
Drive sales team to meet designated area/territory sales performance in meeting department prepaid & postpaid sales target.
Proactively manage inter-departmental requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives as well as optimizing support resources.
Job Requirements:Aggressive & target driven.
Excellent communication skills.
Candidate must possess at least a diploma, degree or equivalent.
Require 8 years in Telco/FMCG related environment and minimum 3 years experience in sales team management.
