Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with other Business Units in driving Quality Improvement Initiatives (e.g., Lean and Six Sigma, Process Streamlining etc.) to improve overall productivity and eliminate nonvalue added activities within the processesAbility to integrate different functions (example as SLA function, Procurement Function, etc.,) with BPM solutions.Strategize and brainstorm with other departments to map out processes for digitalization opportunities using appropriate softwareAbility to determine appropriate projects in key areas and able to set success metrics based on baseline evidenceAbility to monitor post implementation results from projects with appropriate monitoring tools and report to relevant stakeholders. To be able to move strategies at a fast pace in any short falls from target.Ability to govern and manage projects using appropriate software like Business Process Management Solutions, Minitab, Visio, etc.Ability to conduct, facilitate and coach Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt training for project teams.Ability to assist in digitization and transformation effort in automating processes using appropriate suites of BPM software.Ability to independently coach and mentor project teams until project completionAdvise team in preparation of working papers on the multi-faceted programs deployed by QA to secure approval from management on these initiatives.Advise team in monitoring & reporting progress and changes in the quality improvement initiatives to ensure initiatives are completed according to deadlines.Advise team in analyzing & reporting on the group wide Quality Performance status update to the Group Management Committee/Any Council on a periodic basis to inform on project achievements and receive feedback from Management CommitteAble to design appropriate training programs (minor ones) and deliver to internal staffs on training on Lean and Six Sigma topics. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any disciplineMaster's Degree will be an added advantageCertified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or other Professional Certification Minimum 10 years in business process improvement and data analysisExperience as Head/Program Lead; etc. in the capacity of process improvement.Hands-On experience in completing Lean/Six Sigma projectsExperience in conduction Kaizen WorkshopsExperience in conducting Value Stream Mapping workshops to streamline from As-Is to To-Be state
