Set up proper operational risk assessment to ensure any changes to the current processes are within acceptable risk framework.
Set up a proper business continuity plan for secured lending operations to ensure business continuity in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
Conduct regular reviews on the processes within secured lending operations that are in line with compliance requirements.
