Basic Conditions Relevant Work Experience : At least 1-2 years of customer service or related industry experience, especially in the hospitality or lodging sector.
Educational Background : An associate degree or higher, preferably in hospitality management, tourism management, or a related field.
Skill Requirements Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively engage with customers and handle complaints.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to quickly identify customer needs and issues and propose effective solutions.

Multitasking Ability : Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high efficiency.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with common office software and property management systems (like OTA platforms, CRM systems, etc.).
