GUEST SERVICE EXEC OR HOST-AIRBNB as we call it deal directly with our guest to ensure their home stay experience is excellent, from handling their initial enquiries until the guest check-out.
To be a SUPER HOST.
To be accountable to set optimum rental rates based on market trend and maximize rental.
To work towards achieving Yearly Occupancy KPI and Service Revenue.
To attend all guest queries and respond in timely manner.
To troubleshoot operation issue and resolve them in timely manner.
To adopt SOP of housekeeping process.
Must do some light traveling within KL to resolve matters and build new operation process.
To work with Site Supervisor for continuous improvement to the unit.
To work with Site Designer to convert the new units or project into short term stay ready and list the units on the necessary platform.
To work with Site Supervisor to troubleshoot all operation matters and keeping the unit at its best condition.
Implement any ad-hoc instructions as and when needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Hospitality or relevant experience in the hotel or tourism industry. Fresh graduates and retirees are encouraged to apply.
Enjoy flexible working hours with a salary range of RM3000 - RM3800.
Work closely with the team to establish and refine operational SOPs for both current and new projects.
Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and in-person.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Embrace challenges and show strong problem-solving skills.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and organization.
Exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management.
