Established in 1997, Zhejiang Zhongda Shelf Technology Co., Ltd. is headquartered in the Baibu Town Industrial Zone of Haiyan County.
It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongda United Holding Group Co., Ltd.
The company specializes in the R&D, design, and manufacturing of steel-wood furniture, shelves, and warehouse logistics equipment, making it a multinational enterprise.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in relevant fields.
At least 2 years of progressive HR & Admin experience.
Understand well in Labor regulations and the current HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and HR payroll system (UBS payroll system).
Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
Able to stick to deadlines and complete any tasks assigned.
Good writing and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsible for generating monthly attendance, payroll process, and preparing submission of statutory contributions of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & HRDC.
Produce monthly reports on HR-related metrics, as well as analysis reports.
Prepare letters for various employment-related matters.
Ensure employee personal files & records are properly filed, maintained, and updated.
Manage job recruitment process including job advertisement, interview arrangement, selection, offer, and new employee orientations.
Act as liaison with foreign worker agent, insurer, and government parties for grants/claims.
Handle monthly reimbursement claims and update employee compensation benefits records: medical and company insurance.
Handle all HR & Admin related matters and undertake tasks as assigned by managers.
