Hr & Admin. Executive

Job Description: Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboardingMaintaining accurate employee records and data managementMonitoring of staff annual and medical leave.Draft correspondence, edit reports and presentations, and other documents as required.Create, execute, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and implementation of best practices.Provide general office administration support.To carry out any other task as assigned by Manager from time to time.  Requirements: Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Commerce with at least three (3) years of direct working experience in the field of HR and Admin.Well versed in Employment Act and Malaysia Labour Law. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, word & power point.Good command of written and spoken English & Malay.  Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
