Hr & Admin Executive (Johor Bahru)

Job Responsibilities:Recruitment, onboarding & offboarding of staff
Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process
Generate and analyze staff's attendance & performance
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle monthly reimbursement claims, and update employee compensation benefits records: medical and company insurance
Organize staff events as needed
Handle all HR & Admin related matters and undertake tasks assigned by managers
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of HR or Administration related experience
Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
Any additional language is an advantage
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Willingness to travel and possess own transport
