HR & Admin Executive (Payroll) Urgent HiringOversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and overtime.
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure all employee information is updated.
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
Prepare and submit statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN) in compliance with government regulations.
Issue payslips and maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
Compliance & Reporting:Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax requirements, and company policies.
Support payroll-related audits and inspections (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
Apply for HRDC (Human Resources Development Corporation) grants to support training and development initiatives.
Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for HRDC grant applications, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Track and manage HRDC grant allocations, ensuring that training budgets are properly utilized.
Budget Planning:Assist in HR and payroll-related budget planning and forecasting.
Monitor payroll expenses, ensuring that they are in line with the approved budget.
Provide budgetary recommendations based on payroll data and projections.
