This position is responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, overseeing all aspects
of HR practices and processes including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll
management, training & development, employee and industrial relations, compliance and audit,
employee services and communication, Government liaison & other administrative functions.
Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and supervise all functions within the Human Resources & Administrative Department.Handling the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which is including training & development, recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and welfare, performance management, payroll, administration& internship program.Plan & compile yearly budget for staff related expenses including manpower, salary, training,
employee hostel, uniforms, employee recreation activities, sponsorship program etc.Responsible for overall budgetary control of HR Dept general expenses for company, labour cost, OT
hours & etc. Perform data analysis with useful HR metrics and KPIs. Take overall responsibility for the
service delivery of the HR departmentTalent Acquisition & Onboarding -Facilitate onboarding/induction program for new hires; Promote
employer branding to attract and retain talent and drive towards being employer of choice.Support leadership to develop the organisation capability as well as resources required to enable
delivery of business strategy. Responsible in identifying, developing and utilizing various recruitingchannels to fulfil staffing needs. Design recruitment strategies to ensure attract the best talent through direct sourcing and in line with recruitment budgets.Performance Management and Organization Development -Compile and review with HODs on
employee's performance evaluation for performance management Talent Management -Lead and manage efforts. Assess training needs to plan and propose relevant
training program. Responsible to evaluate performance and drive performance culture via Talent Review process
and identify strategic development interventions.Responsible to implement and review HR Policies & procedures, employee handbook and communication
with staff on the company policy.Compensation & Benefits & Payroll -Oversee and manage payroll function to ensure the HR systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with current policies.Produce, manage, update and analyze regular HR Reports, HR projects, employee handbook, employee induction programs and other communication tools.Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.Administer HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment, NDA, etc.Responsible to manage employee's disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.Responsible to develop and recommend plans and activities to improve on the current HR system and process development.To undertake all activities relating to Employee welfare, service & benefits including insurance coverage and employee claims.Responsible for employee orientation training and update employee training records. Understand the training needs for each staff & coordinate, plan and organize training courses based on the training plan.Any other task assigned by superiorJob Requirements / Qualification :- Preferably candidates with a minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Preference given to Mandarin SpeakerProven work experience for 5 years and above as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Independent, resourceful , corporative and responsible. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willing to work with all departments for the growth of the Company.In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
