Hr/Admin Officer

Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation ofHR initiatives and systems.Provide counselingon policies and procedures.Be activelyinvolved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adsand managing the hiring process.Create andimplement effective onboarding plans.Developtraining and development programs.Assist inperformance management processes.Support themanagement of disciplinary and grievanceissues.Maintain employee records (attendance,etc.) according to policy and legalrequirements.Review employment and workingconditions to ensure legal compliance.. To handling and lease with custom matters.
.License renewal and application.
.Tohelp in administration duties when required by management.
.To update and renewal of MPOB documentationvia online.
.Annually update workers personalinformation and emergency contact.
.Dispatchwork task.
.Prepare flowchart for everyprocedure that implemented.
.Assist on FSSCdocument update.
.Actively participate andcontribute to Food Safety and Quality.
Requirements: Proven experience as HR officer, administratoror other HR position.Knowledge of HR functions(pay and benefits, recruitment, training & developmentetc.).Familiarity of labour laws anddisciplinary procedures.Excellent in MSOffice; knowledge of HRMS is aplus.Outstanding organizational andtime-management abilities.Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.Problem-solving anddecision-making aptitude.Good ethics andreliability.field; further training will be aplus.
