Job Description Responsible for contract issuance and update internal databases with new hire information.
Work closely with the business leaders as a strategic partner on HR matters.
First point of contact for employees & managers to provide support for individual needs on HR processes.
Take initiatives to improve overall effectiveness of HR processes.
Establish, implement and review HR policies and practices to be aligned with local labour legislation.
Cultivate and promote employee engagement across the business and working with leaders to manage staff churn.
Work with the leaders in the business on talent mapping projects to build up the internal talent pool and succession planning.
Oversee, guide and check monthly payroll are performed accurately and timely with supporting documents and as per local legislations.
Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent field At least 2 years of relevant working experience in HR Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills The role requires essential skills in Communication written and oral, Interpersonal Skills, Creativity & Flexibility, Analytical, Problem Solving, and Networking Skills.
