JOB TITLE: HR ADVISOR (BUSINESS PARTNER)
LOCATION: MENARA PRESTIGE, JALAN PINANG
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor in a Business Partner role to collaborate closely with line managers, providing expert guidance on day-to-day HR functions while ensuring alignment with Petrofac's policies and best practices. This role will leverage in-depth HR knowledge to manage recruitment, manpower planning, and talent management initiatives. Using data and trends, the role will look for opportunities for continuous improvement in current work processes to ensure effective work deliveries and alignment with organizational objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Advisory:Provide guidance to line managers on day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR best practices.
Manpower Planning & Budget Compliance:Oversee manpower planning and budget utilization, ensuring compliance with budget requirements and addressing any risks of non-compliance during audits.
Performance Management Process:Coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, check-ins, and year-end reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives and tracking progress for successful outcomes.
Policy Updates:Regularly review HR policies to ensure they are up to date and compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
Talent Management & Development:Identify training needs, develop employee capabilities, and implement development programs aligned with business requirements.
Employee Relations:Support investigations related to HR grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions in line with company policies.
Employee Engagement:Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, drive participation in feedback programs, and analyze results to develop actionable improvement plans.
Data Analysis & Reporting:Use data to provide insights and recommendations that inform key HR decisions, including talent management and workforce planning.
Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure all HR activities are fully compliant with organizational standards, legal requirements, and HR best practices.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Education:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Law and a good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Familiarity with HR metrics, HR management systems, and talent management strategies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively partner with line managers.
