You will be our first of many employees in Malaysia, further ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, and fostering a positive working environment.
You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities in Malaysia.Administrative Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies.
Maintain and improve office processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a professional and timely manner.
Manage the administration of safety and health functions.
Oversee office facilities, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace.
Manage the holidays in Malaysia.
Coordinate office repairs and maintenance as needed.
Manage relationships with office service providers (cleaning, security, etc.).
Run errands as assigned when necessary.Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist the manager to create an HR compliance list and policies.
Manage the ESG reporting and compliance.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.Team Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Proactive problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR.
Knowledgeable of Labor Laws in Malaysia.Company Information:
