It isn't a question.About this roleAs a key member of our HR team, you'd be supporting the Consumer Healthcare Commercial division for end-to-end HR.
You will work closely with the HR Business Leader, guiding the transformation journey to align our global business services with Haleon's long-term strategy.

Reinforce through personal leadership, effective teamwork, and use of the Change Framework.
Diagnose the environment and influence leaders to develop and enhance engagement strategies.
Develop leaders' capability to understand how they impact and shift the culture.
Ensure support in the creation of a diverse and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:Succession Planning & Talent Management:Develop diverse talent pipelines, guide leadership teams on succession, and drive proactive workforce planning to ensure future capabilities.Leadership Development:Coach senior leaders to build high-performing teams and help them succeed in their people management responsibilities.Cultural Development:Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), fostering a workplace culture that inspires employees to "Go Beyond" and "Keep It Human.
