Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can help the organisation to identify challenges and develop effective solutions. In this role, you will partner with leadership to understand key issues related to talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimisation. Your strategic mindset and execution skills will be critical in implementing innovative HR initiatives that drive engagement, foster a culture of continuous learning, ensure compliance, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Management and Attraction
Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and create succession plans.
Develop recruitment strategies.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs in different Business Units and departments and create development programs to enhance employee skills.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Identify the need for training and create a training plan for employees.
Keep track of the expiry date of certification and facilitate the training for related staff.
Employee Engagement
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to drive improvement.
Partner with leadership to address engagement challenges and develop action plans.
HR Compliance and Best Practices
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and regulations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to HR processes.
Provide guidance to managers on HR-related issues and compliance matters.
Performance Management
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.
Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field.
5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and compliance.
Good knowledge of HR practices, Singapore labor laws, and experience in shared services are essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence all internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates with good analytical skills and critical thinking skills will have an advantage.
