DescriptionAs an HR Coordinator, you will support the HR department in various operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, managing immigration and other HR paperwork, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, and overseeing office facilities management. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals starting their career in Human Resources.
Key AccountabilitiesOn time delivery of HR and Recruitment tasksTasks are delivered by the committed deadline 85% of the timeSupport provided to team meets quality expectationsTasks meet team expectations on the first try, no additional follow ups needed to fill in missing information 85% of the timeResponse time to team queries and requests are done in a timely mannerResponse time back to team fall within defined SLAs 85% of the timeDocuments and responses provided to team are accurate and in complianceInformation provided is correct on the first try 90% of the timeTasks and documents delivered as per specifications consistentlyTask requirements are met on the first submission 85% of the timeTime spent on an outcome is within project or budgeted man-days.
