JobResponsibilities: •Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll and accurate submissionto all statutory bodies. •Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings andcandidate screening to interviews andon/off-boarding. •Update employee personnel information and maintain the HRSystem. •Handle the administration of the Company's factories machinerystatus, govern authorities inspections, Safety and healthdocumentation and supervision of relevant safety activities withinfactories. •Responsible for identifying training and development needs withinan organization. •Update and manage inventory records of computer equipment,stationery & officerefreshments. •Ensure that all documents and confidential information are storedproperly, updated, and well-maintained. •Provide support and assistance to the HR and health and safety teamto facilitate a smooth operation of the HR and health and safetyteam. •Assist and participate in the audit process andmeeting. •Provide information and assistance in response to general inquiriesrelated to HR. •Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives andactivities. •Responsible for handling the full spectrum of foreign workermatters. •Providing general administrative services to a high level ofoperational efficiency. •Any other task assigned by the HOD from time totime. Job Requirements: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, orequivalent. • Freshgraduates are encouraged to apply. •Knowledge of HR solution systems anddatabases. •Sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to handleconfidential matters. •Able to work independently andteamwork-oriented. •Good communication skills (written and oral) in English &Bahasa Malaysia. •Possess own transportation.
