Position: HR Cum Admin Manager Salary Up To RM10000 Location: Pasir Gudang Johor Bahru The function of this HRA Manager: Group Level: Responsible for developing and implementing HR planning and Administrative planning for the subsidiaries and will produce accurate HR reports on a month basis in order to provide accurate information to the Group Director.Company Level: HRA Manager is to provide guidance, coordination and management of various Human Resource services and Administrative activities for the company. Job Descriptions: The overall management and development of Human Resource and Administrative activities for the company, including:
Recruitment plan and selection as per Group and subsidiaries requirementsTraining and DevelopmentTalent ManagementCompany policiesManagement of the HR DepartmentWriting and delivery pf the HR strategyCompensation and Benefits positioningManagement of Workplace investigations, disciplinary and terminationEmployee RelationsManagement of foreigner manpowerPayroll administrationLocal authority and employment legislation complianceAudits complianceManaging various operations (Cleaning, Security and etc) at the facilities:
Food service
Laundry service
Physical plant
Warehouse
Environmental Health and Fire Safety
Hostel & TransportationForms part of the management team and is a pivotal role in the Group and must accordingly to be able to manage high volume workloadWorking both in and out of the office, the HRA Manager will be expected to keep up with the paperwork and meticulous to manage all workloads associated with the HR Department. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or equivalentMinimum 5 years experiences in human resources or related fieldPositive attitude and competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of the companyGood communication and writing skill in English
Demonstrated initiative in determining new or modifying existing HRA policies and procedures and effectively communicating them to senior management and staffLoyal to the Directors and be able to give clear picture with full understanding on how each subsidiaries are running and what is happening at all levelsWorking knowledge of the Employment legislation, Industrial Relations Act, prevailing HRA practices, Sedex, ILO standard, Foreign worker management policy, SOCSO, EPF, Payroll operation and other relevant statutory actsGood computer skill on Microsoft offices.
