Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management within the property industry. A proven track record of successful property operations and financial management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and hands-on approach. Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facilities management.
2. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all property facilities and systems.
3. Implement and maintain property standards and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
4. Supervise and coordinate the work of property staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
5. Develop and manage property budgets, forecast expenses, and optimize financial performance.
6. Monitor and analyze property performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
7. Maintain positive tenant and guest relations, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with corporate headquarters or property owners on strategic planning, reporting, and operational updates.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management.
