Attractive Basic Salary : RM2,500- RM3,500 JobDescription: HumanResource Performregular tracking and timely updates of staff attendance, leaverecords and benefit plans.Assist in preparingand updating wages, staff attendance, petty cash claims andrecords.Process staff claim & cashpurchases and ensures compliance with the company policies and SSTrequirements.Related duties that will bedesignated from time to time.  AdministrativeDuties:
Manage theday-to-day office administration, including office supplies,equipment maintenance, and vendormanagement.Handle incoming and outgoing mail,phone calls, and emails.Maintain office filingsystems and organize documents for easyretrieval.Schedule meetings, appointments, andconferences, as required.Coordinate travelarrangements, including booking flights and accommodations forstaff.Handle data entry tasks, documentpreparation, and formatting.Assist inpreparing reports, presentations, and memos as required bymanagement.Monitor office facilities, ensuringcleanliness and organization.Job Requirements:- Proven experience in a similarrole.Knowledge of office management systemsand procedures.Good time management skills andthe ability to prioritize work.Attention todetail and problem solving skills.Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.
