Details of the offer

JOBDESCRIPTION: 1. Responsible fullspectrum of recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing,screening, interview, job offering and salarynegotiation;
2. Assist of other human resourcefunction such as payroll, leave management, staff claimsetc;
3. Monthly payroll processing and ensurecompliance with the government authorities, e.g. such as EPF,SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and HRDF;
4. Responsible forconducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding andoff-boarding workflows;
5. Update and maintainemployee personal information;
6. Review andmonitor in matters related to staff attendance such as absence andpunctuality;
7. Maintain effective fillingsystem and HR records for easy retrieval purpose;
8. Assist of employee grievance matter;
9. Administer HR internal control policies and proceduresand attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies andprocedures;
10 . Maintain all personneldocuments and ensure high level of confidentiality at alltimes;
11. Verify overtime work of staff withattendance record registered and other related matters;
12. Assist in the planning of employee engagementactivities to strengthen employee bonding and organizationalgrowth;
13. Prepare employee letters, contracts,memos, etc.;
14. Perform any ad-hoc duties asand when required.
JOBREQUIREMENTS: 1. Proficiency inMandarin & English & Malay
2.Experienced in HR Field will be an advantages
3.Proficiency in MS Office & MindMapping
