ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for boutique, including phone screening, interview arrangements, reference check, and pre-employment processes.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding processes for both HQ and Boutique, including exit interviews.
Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Oversee HR records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information for Boutique.
Assist in the roster adjustment to ensure compliance with operational minimum requirements.
Support the performance management process for Boutique, including appraisals and development plans.
Manage leave records and overtime calculations for boutiques.
Provide support on various HR matters including benefits administration, policy interpretation, and ensuring compliance with Company policy and legal regulations.
Responsible for travel and accommodation arrangements, including comparing quotes for air tickets & hotel bookings.
Manage the ordering of business cards, name tags, and Rolex accessories.
Handle uniform arrangements including allocation in accordance with Company policy.
Handle employee uniform laundry expenses, including bill reconciliation and maintaining accurate records.
Assist in other staff welfare initiatives, including but not limited to company annual dinner, birthday celebrations, and farewells.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Candidate with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar position in luxury retail will be an advantage.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Pleasant personality, good communication skills, reliable, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
