Responsibilities: Responsible in all Human Resources initiativeswhich include Salary Administration, Time Management, RetentionManagement, Industrial Relations, updates of employee personalfiles, preparation of HR letters and reports.To handle an organization's compensation andrewards program.To ensure employee personaldata is correctly updated into payroll system and all relateddocumentation such as Job Application Form, Resume, Certificates,Appointment Letter & others related documents are file.To ensure salaries and benefits comply withthe current legislation about human rights and pay equity.To handle employee benefits utilization suchas overtime, wages, allowances, leave & staff medicalbenefits as per HR policy & guidelines.To monitor and update employee lateness,absconded and general exception log reports to all relatedmanagers. To ensure employee OT &Leave are completely updated in E-Staffs. Toensure the accurate and timely payroll preparation and processmonthly payroll (full cycle).To liaise withgovernment statutory bodies (LHDN / PERKESO / KWSP & HRDF)for legal and administration requirement. Tomonitor, update and ensure all employee Confirmation, AnnualIncrement, Promotion, Bonus, Retirement and Termination iscompletely compliance on time as per Company HR Policy.To handle and prepare budget reports tofinance department quarterly. Conduct periodicaudits, prepare and present reports. Work andco-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effectiveoperation in the office; To perform any otherduties as appointed by the management Requirement: Diploma or Degree in human resource or relevantstudiesMinimum 3 years' HR work experience inthe manufacturing industry. Good knowledge oflocal employment laws. Hands-on experiencewith payroll software & data analysisGood analytical skills &detail-oriented. Experience with employeesatisfaction surveys. Critical thinker andproblem-solving skills. Team player &great interpersonal and communication skills
