Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for job applicants, responding to inquiries, providing information about job opportunities, and guiding them through the application process.
Utilize various social media & recruitment platforms and channels to attract talents.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage applicant documentation, including resumes, cover letters, and other relevant materials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Attend company events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
Provide administrative support to the Internal & Clients.
