Skilled intalent acquisition, development, retention, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, and diversity.
Must be able tocommunicate, read, and write in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with China clients.
Proven track record in translating business needs into effective HR solutions and managing end-to-end HR projects.
Knowledgeable about regulatory environments and employment laws.
Have a good personality, responsible, good team player and good leadership in managing full spectrum of Human resources.
Experience & Qualification:
Degree, Bachelor's, Master's, or higher qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-8 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant Manager, or HR Manager in a corporate environment.
Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or oil & gas industries is an added advantage.
Semi Conductor Industry: 2 years or above (Preferred)
Job Scope:
Assist Management in the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, remuneration design, organizational development, performance management, employee development, foreign worker management, employee engagement, company policy, payroll and administration.
To design and develop comprehensive employee handbooks that outline company policies, procedures, benefits, code of conduct, and other relevant information. Ensuring the handbook is in compliance with applicable laws and effectively communicates the organization's expectations to employees.
Develop human resources operations financial strategies by forecasting, anticipating manpower requirements, and preparing the yearly budgets for the Department's expenses.
Research, develop, propose, and revise policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Plan and execute Staff Compensation and Benefits.
Handle disciplinary issues and propose fair and just propositions in accordance with employment law and able to mitigate legal risk.
Support management by providing Human Resources advice and information.
Have knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act, HR policies, and compliance.
To communicate with related Government authorities bodies.
