Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and policies.Performance Management and DevelopmentImplement performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management.
Identify training needs and organize development programs to support employee growth.
Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs, including orientation, skill development, and leadership training.
Manage training budgets and track participation and progress to ensure effective development programs.
Oversee employee development programs, including leadership training, career planning, and succession management.Compensation and BenefitsCollaborate with payroll to ensure accuracy in employee compensation and benefits.
Analyze and review compensation policies to maintain competitive pay structures.
Administer benefits programs and manage any related inquiries or issues.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal Malaysia labor laws and regulations.
Oversee workplace safety initiatives, including health and safety programs and compliance.
Communicate with regulatory bodies on a regular basis to ensure all legal compliances are met.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.HR Data Management and ReportingMaintain HR data and analytics to provide insights into trends and support decision-making.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.

Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships related to HR services.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experiences.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous improvement in HR practices.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to address HR challenges and support organizational goals.
