Minimum Requirements
Familiar with Malaysian labor law, skilled recruitment experience.
HR management experience of more than three years is preferred.
Language Proficiency: Simple communication in Chinese is preferred.
Transportation: Private car
Tasks & Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and personnel-related matters such as onboarding.
Manage personnel files, contract signing, attendance management, etc., to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Features of working hours: May need to complete sporadic work tasks outside working hours.
Able to accept other temporary work assignments arranged by superiors.
