Oversee and manage various human resources functions, including payroll administration, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
Review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Responsible to propose, evaluate and implement the compensation and benefits policies to maintain competitive remuneration in the market.
Responsible for annual bonuses, salary increments, and promotion exercises, including performing market benchmarking and providing analysis by necessary study to ensure industry alignment.
Supervise HR operations activities such as drafting letters of offer, confirmation, and resignation, as well as preparing management reports and manpower/headcount data.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting reference checks, and handling the job offer process.
Advise and lead domestic inquiries related to dismissal, disciplinary actions, and misconduct cases to ensure compliance with labour laws.
Requirements Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or any related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years in HR roles, focusing on payroll, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and talent acquisition, preferably in the property development sector.
Strong understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance.
Excellent in both, written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is mandatory).
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with senior management, operating business leaders, and line executives across company at all level.
