Hr Manager (Recruitment)

**Responsibilities**:- Manage recruitment for the group including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.- Discussing and establishing job descriptions, qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.- Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- 2-5 years of experience as a recruiting specialist.- Experience in recruiting engineering related position will be added advantage.- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.- Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.- Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- What is your expected salary?**Experience**:- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
