We are seeking a proactive and dedicatedHR Managerto oversee human resources functions within our store operations.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Your role is essential in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and driving a culture of high performance and engagement within the store.
You Will
Recruitment & Staffing:Lead the recruitment process for store staff, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and ensuring all positions are filled with qualified candidates.
Employee Relations:Serve as the main point of contact for store employees regarding HR-related matters, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Management:Support the performance review process, assist managers in setting goals for employees, and provide guidance on managing performance issues.
Training & Development:Identify training needs, coordinate onboarding and development programs, and promote continuous learning to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Compliance & Policies:Ensure the store adheres to company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Handle any HR-related legal matters and ensure proper documentation.
Employee Engagement & Retention:Develop and implement programs to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Payroll & Benefits:Work with payroll to oversee payroll processes, employee benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate compensation for staff.
Reporting & HR Metrics:Track HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
Provide regular reports to senior management.
You'll Have
Experience:5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a retail or store environment.
Knowledge:Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Organizational Skills:Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Leadership:Proven experience in providing guidance to managers and supporting team development.
Technology:Proficiency with HR software, Microsoft Office.
Education:A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
