Job Responsibilities: Act as Recruitment Entrepreneur Leader. Perform full HR spectrum in Malaysia, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, L&D, payroll, employee relations, performance management in compliance with Malaysian labour laws and other relevant laws. Ensure that local HR policies, procedures, and practices in Malaysia align with broader Group HR strategies and business objectives set by SG HQ. Work with Snr HR Executive (SG) to fulfil all candidate sourcing and onboarding requests for SG and MY executives and workers. Work with SG HR Team to implement the new HRIS for Group HR (SG and MY). Provide timely and accurate submission of HR and any other reports as required by Group HR and HQ. Support internal audits and regulatory compliance tasks. Promote a unified company culture that aligns with the group's values and mission, working closely with Group HR to ensure consistency in employee engagement and workplace culture. Take on any other new assignments from Senior Management and Group HR. Job Requirements: Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum 8 years and above of relevant HR experience in MY with at least 4 years in SG, with strong knowledge of both Singapore and Malaysian Labour Laws. Have strong experiences in recruitment firm/agency will be advantage.Highly proficient in M365, Sharepoint and HRIS. Self-driven and hands-on person. Collaborative in nature and strong team player. Able to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion. Energetic and willing to implement change. Able to work in fast-paced environment. Very detailed oriented and strong at producing high quality/accurate work. Diplomatic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff. Strong with numbers and critical thinking. Able to complete HR initiatives with high cost-benefit outcomes. Willing to go to project sites and engage with front-line staff. Willing to work beyond normal working hours and weekends, should there be work exigencies.
