Responsibilities: Achieve recruitment targets effectively.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.Understands clients' requirements and hiring needs provide recruitment solutions and suitable candidates to client Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Develop new client and maintain existing client relationships.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, sales, and operations, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.Requirements: Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related disciplineFresh graduates with HR internship experience are encouraged to applyExperienced as a recruiter or internal TA will be added advantage.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, job portals, and other HR tools.Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Able to work in Georgetown.
