What's the Role:Reporting to the HRBP Lead APAC, you will partner with local leaders to get the best people outcomes that deliver on Bradken's business priorities.
As an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, you will assist in designing and implementing HR operations tailored to specific regional HR rules and procedures.
This includes managing HR systems, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with customer audits.
You will have experience in recruiting blue-collar wages.
Your collaborative working style will lead the change management process at the site level, and you will work with the People and Culture team to complete projects that support the global P&C model.
You use your analytical skills to guide site leaders in the employee life cycle.
You provide coaching on talent assessment, performance management, investigations, grievance handling, and terminations, ensuring leaders have the necessary operational knowledge and comply with legal standards.
You will coach, facilitate, and promote the growth of the organization's culture, capability, and performance using your holistic coaching approach.
You will advise leaders on disciplinary actions and grievances per local laws.
You will assist with court case preparation and workers' compensation management.
Address complaints and conduct investigations as needed.
You are someone who loves a challenge that focuses on improvement and will be an expert at managing conflicting priorities to achieve great outcomes as a key member of the Global People and Culture team.
Key Technical Criteria: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldMalaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) certifications Strong familiarity with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 is critical for compliance.
Competence in areas like talent management, labour relations, strategic HR, and organizational developmentBusiness Partner Model experience is essential along with a proven track record in leadership roles.
