ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Development & Talent Development.
Collaborate with top management to craft a succession plan that aligns with both regional and global goals.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to champion talent development and career growth.
Provide HR expertise in feedback, leadership coaching, employee experience, and development.
Tackle confidential topics like compensation and organizational design with confidence and professionalism.
Lead initiatives that foster a culture of People-Centered Management (PCM), making employees feel engaged, inspired, and ready to achieve business goals.
Develop innovative people strategies and design solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and boost employee satisfaction.
RequirementsDegree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 10-15 years of HRBP experience, preferably in large manufacturing or multinational companies.
Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning through certifications, conferences, or reading.
Experience in talent management, organizational development, and stakeholder management, with the ability to align strategies across global and local levels.
