Human Resource Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesAt least 2 years related working experience in related field
Experience in monthly payroll processing
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application & Payroll System
Strong numerical skills
Good communication and written skills in English
Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
Process payroll using Quick Pay System and ensure timely payroll completion
Maintain and update employees' personal information in employee file and payroll system
Checking overtime claims and allowances
Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
Responsible for generating and preparing timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso, and Income Tax
Handling employees' Socso claims and preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
