Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the planning and execution of the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Oversee the assessment, selection, development, and promotion of talent to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of human resource management.
Manage employee relations, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships with employees.
Assist departments in personnel allocation, organizational structure optimization, and related tasks.
Handle employee attendance and payroll, manage employee benefits, and organize team-building activities.
Conduct regular HR data analysis to provide data support for company decision-making.
Manage office cleanliness, employee dormitories, maintenance, and related administrative tasks.
Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:Associate degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resource management or related fields.
Over 3 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in medium to large enterprises.
Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations, with strong awareness of legal risk.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to handle pressure.
Proficient in office software with basic data analysis skills.
In-depth knowledge of various HR functional modules and the ability to guide their operations.
