Job Description Open Position: Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Manager (Reputable Organisation) A reputable organisation is currently hiring Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office. Key responsibilities include: Supervise, manage and coordinate day to day HRIS Operation including setup, customizations, addressing HRIS issues, managing system upgrades and other related supportLead implementation of new HRIS project initiatives and process improvement for the organisationProvide HRIS solution designs and new business process flow to improve current process business processParticipate in the overall System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with the Technical Development teamBuild test plans, training materials, system configurations documentation and deliver training to end usersEnsure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection and employment laws and regulationsGood communication and stakeholder management skills If you are interested, please share your CV to ******** for a confidential discussion.
