The HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations under theHR Service Deliverymodel across the group. This role supports the HR Shared Service structure, establishing, developing, and managing the Center of Excellence (COE). The HR Manager will manage outsourced HR service providers, workforce management, and organizational development across all operating regions, working closely with the Group Head of HR to implement strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and manage HR delivery on a group-wide scale.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:Oversee daily HR functions across all regions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR activities, including employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
HR Shared Service Management:Establish and manage the HR Shared Service structure, ensuring seamless and consistent HR service delivery across multiple regions.
Center of Excellence (COE) Setup and Management:Lead the development, setup, and management of the COE to deliver specialized HR services such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations across the group.
Managing Outsourced Service Providers:Oversee relationships with outsourced HR service providers, ensuring they meet performance standards, align with group objectives, and adhere to contracts, performance reviews, and cost control.
Workforce Management:Oversee workforce planning to ensure all regions have the right talent and headcount to meet current and future business needs. Develop workforce strategies that support growth and operational efficiency across the group.
Organizational Development:Lead organizational development initiatives, including designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational structure, employee capabilities, and overall effectiveness. This includes change management and leadership development programs.
Strategic HR Planning:Collaborate with the Group Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, particularly in shared services, workforce management, and organizational development.
HR Compliance:Ensure all HR activities and policies comply with local and regional labor laws. Implement internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
HR Technology and Systems:Optimize HR systems and tools to support HR service delivery across the group, including automating HR processes and providing data-driven insights for management.
HR Data and Analytics:Leverage HR analytics to track performance metrics, including turnover, employee satisfaction, payroll metrics, and workforce data, as well as outsourced service provider performance. Provide regular reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the HR Service Delivery model across multiple regions.
Experience in setting up and managing HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence (COE), and outsourced HR services across different regions.
Strong experience in workforce management and organizational development at a group-wide level.
Strong understanding of HR compliance across multiple regions.
Proficient in HR systems and technology.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and regional environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with experience in a Shared Service environment and managing workforce planning and organizational development across multiple regions.
Experience in managing HR operations across the group and developing a COE is a plus.
Fundamental knowledge of labor laws in various regions.
