Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business objectives.
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
Facilitate the development of employee performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs.
Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage the administration of employee benefits programs.
Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure competitive compensation.
Recommend changes to compensation and benefits policies as needed.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize HR data to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.
Implement and maintain HR information systems to streamline processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Several years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EA & IR).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
