Human Resources & Admin Clerk

The HR & Admin Clerk is responsible for managing the administration of foreign worker renewals, HR tasks, and general office operations.
This role will work closely with the HR and admin teams to ensure smooth processing of worker documentation, insurance, and other administrative functions while providing support for ad-hoc tasks as required.
HR Duties:Handle the A-Z process for foreign worker renewals, including passport and work permit renewals.
Ensure foreign workers undergo FOMEMA checkups as required by the government.
Manage foreign worker affairs and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
Ensure timely renewal and processing of foreign workers' insurance coverage.
Admin Duties:Oversee office supplies, inventory, and maintain office organization.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Maintain and organize related files, records, and documents.
Greet visitors and provide customer service support as needed.
Provide general administrative support as required by the management.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:Diploma or equivalent (Fresh Grad are encouraged to apply)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of foreign worker regulations and insurance management is a plus.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM#J-18808-Ljbffr
