Human Resources & Admin Executive

Details of the offer

Provide HR administrative support to HR Manager and HR team
Provide full range support in HR duties including interviews arrangement and new hires onboarding preparation (email and ID creation)
Manage timekeeping and attendance, providing necessary documentation to support payroll functions
Work with finance to process staff claims and invoices
System administration – assist with staff queries, maintenance of staff time attendance and absenteeism record, etc.
Assist in replenishment and maintenance of office pantry items and stationery
Oversee the planning and booking of travel arrangements for employees, including securing flights, accommodations, transportation, and other necessary services related to travel
Assist in organizing company events and training sessions
Any other HR and Admin functions as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field experience.
At least 2 (two) years of human resource management experience preferred
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Proficient with MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Good management skills to meet deadlines
Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
