We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team at ESSENTIAL MODEL SDN. BHD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing vital support to our Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth running of all HR-related activities. Based in Johor Bahru Johor, this position will play a key role in our organisation's growth and success.
Job Descriptions:
Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
Coordinating and assisting with the planning and execution of HR-related events, training programmes, and employee engagement activities.
Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assisting with the recruitment process, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintaining and updating HR databases, reports, and other documentation.
Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects that contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software.
A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
