We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our team at LIFE WATER INDUSTRIES SDN.
BHD.
in Sabah.
This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our growing organisation.
As a key member of our HR team, you will contribute to the efficient management of employee-related processes and the enhancement of our company culture.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and exit processes
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
Helping to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
What we're looking for
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with HR best practices and employment legislation
