-Support the HR Manager in executing requirements from other departments to meet business strategies and objectives and provide solutions and recommendations to the company.
-Serve as the key interface between the HR Department and other departments to implement key HR strategies and initiatives.
-Abreast with HR legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliances, reducing legal risk to the business.
-Develop and implement an employee engagement strategy or plan that aligns with the organization's vision and mission.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers and management.
-Proactively source qualified candidates and leverage company-assigned job platforms and other social media sites to expand the talent pool.
-Formulate and review Industrial Relations (IR) policies and guidelines to promote industrial harmony.
-Manage grievances, disputes, and disciplinary cases to ensure prompt and amicable resolutions.
-Ensure disciplinary actions are in compliance with the Employment Act 1955.
-Advise and guideline managers on appropriate disciplinary actions consistent with the company's policies and procedures.
-Prepare Employment Letters and all related letters for new hires.
-Prepare HR routine letters i.e. appointment, new contract/contract renewal, confirmation, employment verification, transfer, promotion, acceptance of resignation, etc.
-Manage HR processes i.e. confirmation, contract renewal, retirement, resignation, promotion, transfer etc to ensure closure.
-Oversee daily operations of the HR department
-Perform any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

; Requirements:-
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
-At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
-In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
-Proven experience in talent management and Industrial relations management.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
