Human Resources Executive

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Payroll and Benefits: Administer payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and manage employee benefits such as leave and health coverage.
Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluations, assist in employee development plans, and help implement training programs.
Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Policy Development: Help design and implement HR policies that foster productivity and engagement.
